Anthony started in the hospitality industry at just 15 and enjoyed amazing training in the grill restaurant at The Dorchester under executive chef Henry Brosi and Michelin starred Chef Aidan Byrne. After five years Anthony moved on to continue developing his skills working at award-winning hotels and restaurants including The Grove, Bulgari and Alain Ducasse.
Since joining the GIG team he has worked on high profile and quirky events including The Extreme Sailing Series and The Olympics in both Rio & Pyeongchang and many more.
Anthony brings to the table his great kitchen knowledge, food passion and enthusiasm to create fresh and unique menus designed around our client’s tastes and requirements.
